There is free parking on site for exhibitors and attendees.

Exhibitor Details

Outsourced Pharma arranges for simple to manage tabletop exhibits. The tabletop exhibitor package includes a 6' draped table with full-color sponsor-provided logo or artwork featured on the tablecloth, 2 chairs, wastebasket, post-show guest list (sent one-week after event, pre-show list not available for any reason), 2 show passes for company representatives & unlimited complimentary passes for your customers and prospects (must be employees of end-user companies with pipelines). Booth selection will begin the week of July 15th in the order in which the contracts were received.

Shipping and Displays

Outsourced Pharma does not offer exhibitor handling services. Shipping to the venue is also unavailable. Exhibitors are allowed to bring any display materials to the venue on-person. All materials must be able to be carried in through public elevators. Service elevators are unavailable.

Our goal is that you can show up with some helpful literature for our attendees and immediately immerse yourself in the networking and educational sessions (without the hassle of tracking down shipping and building a display area).

Acceptable display materials include retractable banners (maximum two, each may not exceed 2.5’ in width), table top display (may not exceed 6’ in width), brochures and other handouts that can fit on a 6’ table.

Exhibitors may not bring any backdrops or displays that exceed either 2.5’ in width (floor displays) or 6’ in width (table displays).

Internet & Electric

Wi-Fi is available for free to our attendees and exhibitors. Electric access will be available for no cost to our exhibitors.

Pre-Registration List

Outsourced Pharma Events do not provide pre-registration lists. If you have any questions or requests please contact your sales representative.


Material Deadlines

If you have sponsored past Outsourced Pharma events, we will use your materials for all events unless you advise otherwise. 

Company Profile & Tablecloth Artwork
Due: Friday, September 20th

Your profile will be included in the conference notebook. We will be printing your full-color logo and/or artwork on a black tablecloth for optional display at your table (included in the exhibitor sponsorship).

Tablecloth Specifications: Please submit a logo that is suitable for a black background.

Reserve Your Badge

To ensure that your staff has a badge ready upon arrival on-site, please make sure they are registered by Friday, October 11th. 

Event sponsor passes are non-transferable and can be used only by representatives from the sponsoring company. Passes include all program activities, including conference sessions and meals.

Please follow the instructions below to redeem the complimentary passes included in your event sponsorship package:

Visit the Registration Page and select pass type "Solution Provider". Additional passes can be purchased at the industry rate of $499 online.

Reserve Your Hotel Rooms

Event exhibitors are responsible for reservations and fees related to lodging.

Invite Your Clients and Prospects

We would like to extend your opportunity to meet with clients/prospects, so we have lifted the limit on your VIP industry guest passes. Guests can register through the registration page by selecting pass type "Pharmaceutical/Biotech" and checking "Invite from a Sponsor/Exhibitor". 

Also, to make this invitation easier, we will be sending you an email one month prior to the event with attendee information and registration details that you can simply forward onto your clients/prospects. If you would prefer the html or hard coding to send through an emailing system, just let us know and we can provide that to you as well!
