We don’t promise to host the biggest show in the industry. Why? Shows aiming only for high numbers just care about simply getting people in seats. Outsourced Pharma is carefully curated to attract executives who need a conveniently located conference they can easily work into a busy schedule. By producing a program executives want to attend, sponsors get direct access to individuals they don't typically meet at annual conventions.

Networking is not just a business cliché

Our attendees are high-level decision makers interested in having substantive conversations about how to advance the outsourcing development and manufacturing of their products. They want to connect directly, face-to-face with peers and service providers. Many of our attendees have cited these conversations as the most valuable moments at the event. We need you to bring your "A" team

Our event provides an opportunity for you to meet every single attendee - as long as you send your "A" team. Networking breaks are held on the exhibit floor – an intimate space with no poor location to be had. So, your job is to send folks who are comfortable initiating an introduction and having an in-depth discussion with a potential customer in a relaxed environment (rather than hiding behind a counter and checking email). This is not your traditional exhibition.

Participate, participate, participate

We can't stress the role of participation enough as the best way for sponsors to get the most out of their Outsourced Pharma experience. Unlike other events, your role is not to stand at your exhibit and wait for "traffic" to come your way. Instead, we ask that representatives from partner companies be as involved in the discussions and networking as everyone else in attendance.
